Róisín Murphy – Róisín Machine (Album) overview

One of the popular house, pop and dance singer Róisín Murphy released a new album titled Róisín Machine.

Released on 2nd October 2020, Róisín Machine is a 16 track album which consists of originals and extended mixes.

The release marks 5th album by Róisín Murphy, the last album was released in the year 2016. The solo studio album was released on Skint Records which is a subsidiary of BMG Rights Management.

The new album is a dance music concentrated which was released announced by Rosin on 31st July and pre-orders were available on the same day. The album was originally intended to get released on 25th September, however, owing to the pandemic the album was delayed and released on 2nd of October.

Róisín Marie Murphy an Irish singer-songwriter and record producer was first known for UK-Irish pop duo Moloko which they formed with her partner. They later broke up where Róisín embarked a solo career releasing her debut album Ruby Blue in 2005, she later released her 2nd solo album titled Overpowered in the year 2007.

She later released number of singles, features and side projects and released the third studio album in the year 2015 titled Hairless Toys.

In the year 2019, Róisín released a new track called ‘Incapable’ which is inspired by Disco music and she later 3 new additional singles were announced before she announced the new album. The new album includes singles from 2012 to 2020 and it includes some new tracks which Róisín has included in Róisín Machine.

The new album has tracks which which are disco and funk inspired and you would like the album as it has some old-skool disco vibes.
