Trinidad born American producer/DJ Timmy Regisford recently released a new compilation album named Almost 30.
Being a founding member of Club Shelter and a resident DJ, Timmy has dedicated this new compilation to the Club which is nearing its 30th year anniversary of founding.
With the collection of 15 dance, soulful house and afro house tracks and 1 mixed by the DJ himself, Timmy has provided a right tribute to the club. The compilation has some of the tracks which make you dance right when the time you hear it.
For this compilation, Timmy has collaborated with artists such as Soul Star, Felicia Graham, Tiger Wilson and Toshi. The album begins with the track Khale which Timmy has collaborated with Soul Star which is a perfect intro track. The next track Kiqi which Timmy has collaborated with an incredible songstress, writer, poet and musician Toshi. Toshi and Timmy Regisford have collaborated for various times and in this album also Toshi has provided vocals for 4 tracks.
After the Afro House track with Toshi, the next track also features Toshi named Potsoyi and later Strange & Funny which is featured by Felicia Graham and Tiger Wilson.
The album makes you dance since it begins as the afro house music, drums and percussions will immediately make your feet move. With Timmy collaborating with amazing artists the album is a must listen and with the club nearing its 30th year you can dance at your place amid pandemic.
